Email Software

Does anyone know of some good, not terribly expensive email software and
will allow me to manage and send my emails for business purposes? It
needs to have a built in SMTP server, support HTML, send quickly on
multiple threads, manage a list of over 1 million names, provide drop
reports and include all of the basic features (i.e., mail merge, import
from CSV, etc.). Thanks.
