Reducing risk in CPA deals

I think you are making a big mistake by trying to filter ISPs that
"don't exist," and free email addresses.

Technically I think it would be impossible to filter by ISP. Remember,
many people don't use their ISP's email. For example, investopedia.com
isn't an ISP, but it's definitely a valid domain for emails.

If you filter out all your free addresses you'll end up cutting out a
majority of your leads. Many people either don't have another email, or
want to use their free address in situations such as this.
