Recruiting a Sales Team

Hi everyone,

Tenagra (the folks that run this list) is assisting an established,
financially sound (profitable since 2000) online marketing company
in expanding its sales team. We could use your assistance in
helping us network to find the right individual.

This is a full time position. Our client is currently a Media Metrix
ranked top 500 property and a top online advertiser.

The venture is relocating its headquarters to Florida in the near

future, although this position is expected to remain one that can
be filled by someone that is telecommuting from their home office.

Candidates must have the ability to plan and implement new business
campaigns, increase penetration levels at major accounts, forecast
accurately, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Through existing relationships and prospecting, candidate will be
responsible for developing new client relationships. An established
book of existing accounts or agencies is REQUIRED.

The candidate should not only have good general sales experience,
but that sales experience MUST be in Internet Advertising
(ideally selling things such as Lead generation, solo
emails, cpc/cpa/cpm, Co-Registrations, etc...)

Candidates should have a four year college degree, with minimum of
3-5 years Sales/ Client Service experience within the Internet
industry. Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written),
negotiating skills, creative direction skills and problem-solving
skills are a must. Strong organizational skills are needed, as
the individual will be managing 25+ campaigns.

independently and ROI-oriented, has a high tolerance for ambiguity,
is able to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment...
