1) person does NOT pay for submission to whatever-name.com.
2) person is contacted about renewing submission that never occurred in the
first place . . .

is that person one of those "a fool is born every minute" people?
Are they the kind that pays the phony looks-like-an-invoice thing that
comes in the postal mail?

Or are they the kind that throw such con artist garbage in the garbage?

I don't care WHAT they describe themselves as . . . a con artist - is a con
artist - is a con artist . . . when they use such tactics. And no one
should ever being to think they are anything BUT a con artist.
