Jen,
I've never worked with them, but I do receive persistent SPAM
from them. They've been sending me SPAM every few months
for about 2 years. (It's not the sleazy "get rich quick" type of
message -- but it is unsolicited, commercial, and there doesn't
seem to be a way to unsubscribe, so I'd still call it SPAM.)
I've contacted several people at the company -- both by phone
and e-mail -- and requested removal from their lists, but to no
avail.
I can't say how good or bad their service is. But IMHO,
businesses that send lots of SPAM in an attempt to get customers
are usually shady and should be avoided.
