Again you can not easily stock the banners by making an image map or just by
putting one on the top of the others.

None of the banner dimension can be easy multiply either the length or by
the width. And the dimension does not even fit the most popular screen
resolution 800 x 600.

If the surfers are immune to the 486 x 60 ask your designer what the hell is
he doing?

Reminder
IAB standards are voluntary and nobody oblige you to stick to them.
