No one asked me if the 468X60 banner should be dropped and I'll bet that
very few publishers were consulted. I see it as nothing less than a ploy by
advertising agencies to get more web page real estate for nothing. The
survey they are taking, which is loaded, shows that the proposed standard is
not all that popular.
