Web strategy

I am in the process of recommending for a web site strategy.
Basically Plan, Create, Promote, Evaluate route. Does anyone
have a strategy basis/ model for a successful web site?
Basically for planning a web site- what should be the
constituents, what should be the planning metrices, etc? I am
doing this for an FMCG- a company which is trying to position
a natural fruit juice as a lifestyle product.

Any tables, metrices, graphs, checkpoints or Models would be really
appreciated. (Special request to those whom I sent an MSn study :"> )
