I am familiar with TalknMail

VEry cutting edge technology. I don't use it yet but certainly would if
I were mailing 100,000 a month.

There is one small problem...not with the software but with the site
that sells it. It's very long and the guy that owns it is not
english speaking I don't think as the syntax isen't all it could be.
But beyond that I think it might fit the bill.
