Change of IP routing

Hello All

I wonder if anyone could offer assistance on this matter: I need to change
the IP routing for one of our domains that is listed with namebargain.com.

When I login to our account there does not seem to be an option to do this.
(there was an option to Change IP in our register.com account to which we
have registered other domains.)

I would appreciate any help on how to go about this.
