Keywords registered with IGN

I just completed programming a click counter with URL redirector management
back-end. The system is intended for use with iGetNet's keyword registry.
My client has 20 keywords registered with IGN, and in the first week of
monitoring we've had ZERO counts coming from IGN. Does anyone have
experience or knowledge of the effectiveness of IGN's browser plug-in and
registered keyword system and
