Advertising campaign with clients

Hi, I've been member of this list for a few years, but have never posted.
At this time I'm running small internet company in my country, Argentina.
We sell web pages, webhosting and programming developer. We have almost 100
clients (small companys too and home based business) and are thinking about
starting an advertising campaign between them for promote our services.
Could you send me some tips?
