Hello Kathleen,

I have quite a lot of experience in this issue. I even wrote a pop-up/ad
blocker detector for websites.

Anyway, so far I have found out that Mozilla and Earthlink have built-in
functions for pop-up/ad blocking. I have tested out several statistics
on my website, and it came out that approximately 40% of my visitors use
pop-up blockers. I was kind of shocked, but accepted it.

I have done things about it. Like blocking people who use them. But in
the end, you only damage yourself if you do that. I mean, if 40% of your
visitors (well, my visitors in this case) use pop-up killers, isn't that
some kind of message?

That is my opinion on this. And my experience.
