Recruiting a Sales Team

Hi everyone,

I sent a note to the list this past December, mentioning that I
am assisting an established, financially sound (profitable
since 2000) online marketing company in expanding its sales
team. Our process was delayed by the holidays, and we are
again looking to network to find the right individuals.

This is a full time position. My client is currently a Media Metrix
ranked top 500 property and a top online advertiser.

The venture is a Florida-based company, although we expect that
sales positions can be filled by individuals that are telecommuting
from their home office anywhere within the United States.

Candidates must have the ability to plan and implement new business
campaigns, increase penetration levels at major accounts, forecast
accurately, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Through existing relationships and prospecting, candidate will be
responsible for developing new client relationships. An established
book of existing accounts or agencies is REQUIRED.

The candidate should not only have good general sales experience,
but that sales experience MUST be in Internet Advertising
(ideally selling things such as Lead generation, solo
emails, cpc/cpa/cpm, Co-Registrations, etc...)

Candidates should have a four year college degree, with minimum of
3-5 years Sales/ Client Service experience within the Internet
industry. Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written),
negotiating skills, creative direction skills and problem-solving
skills are a must. Strong organizational skills are needed, as
the individual will be managing 25+ campaigns.

is able to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment...
