Evaluating the "effectiveness of all the weapons" is a critical step of
the marketing process. It especially helps around budget time!

One way we have found very rewarding is marketing award programs. Last
year we were named "Best PR Website" in the Web Marketing Association's
6th annual WebAward Competition (http://www.webaward.org) and it
impressed both senior management and our clients. We also received
comments back from the judges that reviewed our entry that were very
helpful in focusing our future development plans.

I was just notified that the Web Marketing Association has launched a
new competition to evaluate the effectiveness of online advertising in
