Gross over-reporting of traffic by LookSmart?

Is anyone else experiencing what they believe to be gross over-charging
by LookSmart? I know I've seen several complaints from people regarding
over-reporting of traffic by several PPC vendors, but what we're
experiencing with LookSmart is absolutely ridiculous.

We have for several sites reports of click-throughs from LookSmart that
are WAY out of proportion with the traffic we've received from LookSmart
and their known affiliates.

We believe we now have evidence within a very short time frame in which
the number of click-throughs reported from LookSmart was actually
greater than the TOTAL traffic on our website within that time frame.

I'm planning on hitting them with the evidence and hitting them hard.
If anyone else wants to consider joining in - perhaps even undertaking a
class action suit, please contact me directly.
