I reviewed this product for my newsletter recently. See excerpt below:
"Click Tracks is visual and interactive. It displays the tracking on the
page in context with your website. There are three analysis panels that can
be viewed all at once or individually: Browser View, Page Analysis View and
Site Map. Browser View makes the product rather unique and powerful. It
shows the percentage split of clicks on a particular page - extremely useful
for assessing the design effectiveness. With Page Analysis View, you can
view the key page metrics such as number of visitors to the page, average
duration of the viewing, number of direct page entries and exists. Site map
provides the details of the pages that have been viewed immediately prior to
arriving at a page and leaving the page. I noted interactive above: while
looking at the analysis at any stage you can continue the analysis as you
would browse through the site to drill deeper. With the tagging feature
offered, it is also possible to segregate users that perform a certain
activity or originated from a source to isolate their behaviours for a more
detailed analysis. Another analysis tool that comes with Click Tracks is
Referrer Analysis - although this fits in nicely with the rest of the
product it doesn't have any surprises - it provides very similar information
to what you get from other tools."
