That's the problem with allowing the seller to do their
own reporting, there should be a third party, is there?
Also are you paying for "visits to your site" or simply "clicks"?
Just because someone clicks, and some double, even triple click
it does not follow they will actually visit your site. if the
connection takes too long they often abort, that figure can be
quite high. Also if people are clicking two and three times are
 they counting it? Or in short, are you paying for unique
visits or simply clicks. If it's just clicks you may not even
have much of a case:-)

I'm just reflecting here not knowing what it is you paid for:-)

Why are you not spending your ad dollars on the destination sites,
why give it away to search engines in the first place? I'm sure
some of those tops result sites would love to receive your per
click ad money and give you better exposure in doing so.

hmmm....maybe i just don't know what i'm talking about as well,
a very real possibility...
