Radio rates vary greatly from market to market, daypart to daypart,
station to station etc. While we in the sales end will always be trying
to sell you, we nevertheless have the most current rates being quoted in
our market. Get your rep to show you the Arbitron numbers for AQH
persons and CUME persons if doing local ads. Then make sure that the
programing is in alignment with the demographic that you are targeting.
You can check Arbitron's site (www.arbitron.com) and Radio Advertising
Bureau's site (www.rab.com) but the really good info is password
protected. Again, make your local rep get the info you need -- it is
available to them.
