Natalie,
There are 2 firms that represent perhaps 99% of all U.S. radio stations.
They would be a good resource if you have more than one market that you
are interested in. The firms are INTEREP or Katz Media.

Broadcast rates (either TV or radio) are fluid due to supply/demand,
time of year, day of week, etc. First time buyers of this media report
overwhelming confusion. Good luck though...radio gets results!
