Google's Content Ads

I received an e-mail the other day about an introductory offer to
Google's new content advertising. Apparently Google is starting to
deliver content oriented ads on the Washington Post, MSN, and Blogger
(which Google has recently acquired).

Has anyone used this yet? What have been your results?

Is it similar to Sprinks' Content Sprinks?
