Jim, I can appreciate that ETrade can pay $100 - $150 per new client,
but if they paid $50 per click the site would need a 33% to 50%
conversion rate in order to pay only $100 - $150 for a new client. A 5%
conversion rate would be excellent on a Web site. Assuming the sites
paying $50 per visitor have that high of a conversion rate, a new
customer must be worth $1000 to them. That may well be the case for the
term "mesothelioma."
