One does not even have to write the code as their are endless
email extraction softwares out here. And you have it correct,
many are used to create list for resell or rental illegally.

The lure is just too strong for some, they must figure that the
sheer number of addresses will no doubt turn there 1.99 ad
campaign into a million dollar generator:-)

You can always tell the ones that do this they are willing to
sell you use of their 2 million names for a few hundreds
dollars. they are not really into long term relationships:-)
it's a buyer beware industry without too many wary buyers:-)
