List management options

Hello,

I want to apologize if this is a little off-topic, but the list has been
very helpful and insightful in the past, and I'm looking for some advice.

I've got an opt-in mailing list of about a thousand, to which I anticipate
adding several thousand more after several upcoming trade shows.

What I'd like to do is email a new product announcement and present list
members the opportunity to update/correct their contact information,
opt-out, and maybe even respond for info on the new product online.

I thought originally about developing something in ColdFusion to manage an
Access database, but now I'm wondering if there's already something similar
that would be more cost-effective, maybe even turn-key? Any recommendations?
