I initially deleted Jim's post, rather than approving it for
distribution. Then I went back and recovered the post and
approved it. I made that decision because Jim's sentiments,
although strongly put, were aimed with Melinda's ideas rather
than at Melinda personally... and additionally because I
believed that Melinda was fully able to defend her ideas, as
she did in fact choose to do.

Did I make the right choice in approving Jim's post and Melinda's
replies? What do you think?
