Thanks for asking our opinion on this. I found the exchange a little
disturbing...

Perhaps the answer can be gleaned from our editing friends at the search
engines. Their policies indicate that there are penalties for 'over the top'
language, whether for promotional purposes or crafted to defame. There are
lots of opinions out there, which people are entitled to hold, but are
possibly not appropriate to state in a professional forum.

I've always been a fan of the facts, emotion and 'flames' aside. There are a
lot of good ideas that pass through this discussion. I hope we stick to
these ideas and veer away from personal messages or words designed to
attack.
