Being the strong proponent of free expression that I am, and applying
the same standard to the lists that I run, I think you made the right
choice.

While I sympathize with Melinda's personal situation, I perceive this
issue as Jim and Melinda being at cross purposes.

Desperate times may call for desperate measures, and sometimes you
gotta do what you gotta do. But every choice has its repercussions.
As long as you have a choice, no matter how bad the situation, you
might as well choose the one that offers you the best chance of once
and future success, not the one that practically guarantees future
failure.

In this economy, few of us can help being stressed out. That's
pretty much what I read into Melinda's posts. Jim's points are
essentially correct, in my opinion.

What you've got here is two people talking on different frequencies.
