Asking Cliff to do more screening than he is currently
doing seems unfair to me. As adults, we should be
able to tolerate a few subtle or pointed comments
targeted directly at a person, be it ourselves or others.

It didn't strike me that Jim's remarks constituted
"serious flaming." I don't recall much traffic on this
list that could be described as flaming.

For those who have deep emotional experiences
I suggest writing down your thought in a book and
see if you can find a publisher. If you can't, the
average person probably is not interested either.
