Jim's flame was a bit harsh but Cliff, I think you
made the right choice to post it. I had a very strong
emotional reaction to her post as well and realized
I shouldn't express myself immediately.

Clearly Shashank's approach was far more circumspect,
but the message was the same.

Yes, we need to be sensitive to each other's feelings
when we post, but let's not put an emotional muzzle
on this conversation. When the posts get personal,
then the moderator should step in.

Keep up the good work, Cliff.
