I had a moment.
Two thirds of your paid clicks not responding from the ad is a high number
for no responses onto a second page.

I found the landing page non-specific to any of the keywords you are
purchasing. Although they relate to dentistry, your page allows for too many
choices and is not targeted enough to bring specific keyword visitors deeper
into your site.

I would create a single landing page for every keyword/phrase and work on
the targeting to specific audiences.
Did you restrict your Google ads to only USA browsers? Some people miss that
step.

And stay away from dark links on darker background buttons - what may look
great on your $1500.00 monitor looks crappy on my $150.00 15" crt.

And your copyright notice of 2000 does not inspire confidence. Shouldn't it
be 2000 - 2003 by now?
