Well, if search engines, advertising, and inbound links aren't cutting
it (I may be making a big assumption that you've done all of those),
then you may want to turn to some good-old-fashioned networking (using
modern technology). Figure out where your target demographic are
hanging out online and go establish a personal presence in those
communities. That's how you can best get some word-of-mouse marketing
going for you.

There are ample starting points below in my signature. Let me know who
your target market is and maybe I can help point you towards something
more specific.
