It's a Get Rich Quick scheme isn't it (Friendly Future)?
Or would you call it a pyramid scheme? Are you actually selling anything?
Looks to me as though you're asking people to send you $27 a
month for potentially nothing. Is your site legal?
You've got a lot of competition out there on the net. But, of course,
you will know that from your many years of experience.
I can wish you good luck or recommend you run a 'proper' site.

Rob

Timothy, There are many effective ways to market an affiliate
program. After reviewing yours, I feel the need to mention that
serious affiliate marketers may not be interested in your
program due to the heavy MLM aspect. You may be better off
marketing it as a business opportunity, which seems more to
the point. Here are some ways you could gain exposure in the
affiliate community. You can manually submit your program to
all the affiliate directories listed here:
http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Authoring/Webmaster_Resources/Affiliate_Programs/Resources/Directories/.

Some of them may not accept your site, but I would recommend2-Tier.Com
in particular as webmasters interested in multi-tier programs will
many timescheck this directory. You can save time by letting Neil
Durrant of http://www.affiliate-announce.com/ submit your site to
all of the directories. I use his service for all my clients and
you will get better results than trying to do it yourself. Some
public message boards that you could try posting to include:
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&group=alt.www.affiliate
and
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&group=alt.www.webmaster.ads.

There are many other specific affiliate marketing forums where you
can advertise with yoursignature line or pay a small fee for an ad.
You can find these forums easily with Google.Be advised these forums
have very strict Spam policies and are heavily populated by "super
affiliates", serious affiliate marketers who are very knowledgeable
and can be very opinionated. If you ask for feeback on your program
- be prepared to get it! Feel free to contact me for some free
advice.

I can recommend some changes in tone and copy that would optimize your program.
