I think this potty surfing thing is totally disgusting and I would be SO
surprised if it was successful anywhere. I don't think that anyone can
envision sitting on a spot-a-pot for any length of time, (unless you
have to of course), much less reading in one. The sanitary reasons are
obvious, but usually there are reasons that a spot-a-pot is there in the
first place, and that reason usually involves a crowd of some sort. Like
the article states, you have to wait in line as it is, are you going to
wait longer while someone is in there surfing the Web. I don't think so,
at least not in the United States in a spot-a-pot! Now in a private
bathroom, that's a different story!
