Of course, industry standards only solve the problem if we assume
that the "industry standards" themselves contain no false assumptions
which is probably a big assumption in and of itself.

So while the tools that follow industry standards may all produce reports
and results that are consistent they may still be invalid which would
simply make them consistently invalid tools based on industry standards.
