IMHO Deep Metrix 6.2 is a triumph of form over function compared
to the previous (MediaHouse Live Stats 5) version.
The product looks superb but my users have found it impossible to
get the reports that they want out of it.

I have started using Sawmill which we have found to be very flexible and
comprehensive (and reasonably priced).
The reported figures seem to be in the same ballpark for both products.
