Spam Laws Research

Howdy All,

I'm doing some research into the new spam laws and if/how they might effect
the opt-in market. There is a lot going on in the world with this - I mean
there has been for a while but now things finally seem to be moving into
more permanent structures. In my research I'm finding there seems to be no
end and am afraid I may be missing key points. If anyone has any insight or
links to relevant articles etc, I'd love your input!!
