Tools for publishers

We are planning to add a new service providing publishers
with an opportunity to start launch their advertising
business and giving them a free tool to serve and manage their
campaigns as well as ability to promote themselves through
our network.

I would be interested to know what is the demand for this
type of service, as well as about advantages and shortcomings
of the current programs?
