Re: Building Traffic

Simeon Willbanks wrote to get more clicks from readers, the story lines are
great and the digital picture of the story is great because the picture
speaks a thousand words itself, but then if a picture speaks a thousand
words just think what a video of the story also can do when 3 out of 4
consumers would rather watch a video.

So i say for the busy people why not let them click on the story to see the
video also since video information retention is 50% information retention
compared to print, which is only about 7%
information retention. Whenever anyone mentions something from a story
they will say oh i seen it in the washington times--because of the
information retention they were able to remember the story and where they
had read it and seen it. Video enhances the story and journalism.
