Email list management software

I was wondering what people used for email list management software. I
will be taking over a position as VP Marketing for IntelliContact Pro
(www.intellicontact.com) in a few days and wanted to get some initial
market research. Does anyone here use IntelliContact? What features of
your email list management software do you like?
