Hi Rebecca

You are right on target when you say that you need to make the
benefits of registering with your website more obvious. However,
another reason why your visitors leave very soon might be the
various animations you have on the site. Animations are well
known to irritate web surfers.

A few suggestions:
1. Move the instant referral box lower and insert a benefit
packed keyword rich headline on the top.
2. Content needs to be rewritten to emphasize the benefits of
your service and insert keywords.
3. Various webmasters have used pop ups with success, to remind
visitors to register with their website.
