I've been investigating these guys:
www.myemailmanager.com

The pros I see so far:

Service is owned by famous Net marketer Cory Rudl, so we can
assume this list host will be knowledgeable about the needs
of marketers.

I used to run a list host myself and can report that Cory's list host
offers FAR more features, for less cost, than I used to offer.
Glad I don't have to compete against him! :-)

Cons I see:

This is a new service and I can see they haven't thought list hosting
through completely yet. I expect this to be remedied pretty
quickly as they get feedback from clients.
