Email Servers

Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations on email programs for
companies? Currently our company uses imail server web messaging v5.0,
but I feel it is inadequate for our needs. Our company is an online
real estate and relocation company, and email is a critical form of
communication for all of our staff. Recently we have been having a
problem with bounce back undeliverable messages, Spam alerts, etc. when
sending mass e-mails and individual emails using the imail server. The
emails we send are to parties that have opted in and requested more
information via email, so it doesn't make sense. We had originally
thought the problem was with AOL and spoke with them, but they didn't
put a block on our server for incoming AOL email recipients, so we are
unsure of the source of the problem.

Additionally, we use an exclusive web-based technology platform that
helps us to manage, receive, track and send leads and referrals. This
technology has an integrated email administration feature that allows us
to send bulk emails to certain leads/referrals. The problem is that
recently this feature has been returning the emails to us as
undeliverable. Again, the email administration feature is integrated
with our current server, Imail Server Web Messaging v5.0.

Finally, the Imail Server is inadequate in that it only allows us to
send text messages. We can attach documents, but this is the extent of
the messaging capability. While most of the staff uses Outlook I would
like the email server to have this capability so that if they wanted to
access the email server on a computer where they do not have their
Outlook software set-up, they would be able to do so- in other words, a
more sophisticated web-based email server.

The new spam software out in the market today is tricky to maneuver
around, and with the current situation with our email server, I know we
need to do something, I am just unclear as to what that might be.

Any comments/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thank You,

Rebecca D. Levinson
