Site optimization suggestions

I am new to the online advertising section. We are working on a very small
advertising budget so I wanted to make the most out of website design to
attract new customers and search engine recognition. We have just gotten
our webite up www.brickerlabs.com. Any suggestions on site recognition
optimization would be greatly appreciated.
