Without knowing which cities...I would think it possible to
simply optimize a single page for each specific location...you
should be able to rank these pages high enough to get top
listings at no cost other than the time to optimize.
For example <Title>Atlanta Georgia Real Estate</Title>
Be consistent by focussing the Meta Keyword and Description tags
to just this one single phrase and then use that phrase
throughout your <Body> copy...
Shoot for an overall keyword density of about 5 - 7%
As to getting the prospect to give you their contact info...why
not offer a fr~e report that states all the benefits your company
has to offer?
Don't ask for too much detail in that initial offer - you can
follow up by emailing a series of tip sheets to establish a
relationship with your subscriber.
Over time they will come to trust you and be more willing to
consider your services/products as they will feel they know
you...
