An Internet direct marketing company company based
in Boca Raton, Florida, USA is seeking an in-house
full-time individual with strong graphic design skills
to develop new online advertising creatives.

The individual must be in the greater Boca Raton area
OR willing to relocate to that area. Fort Lauderdale
and Miami are both within commuting distance. Relocation
assistance may be available for stellar candidates.

This individual will be responsible for designing new advertising
creatives (banners, html/text emails, landing pages and
mini-sites including associated copy). The individual will work
closely with an e-metrics analyst to gauge real-time
performance of various creatives. Based on the real-time
tracking and analysis of response rates for each online ad,
creatives will be continuously refined to achieve the optimal
response rates. This position requires executing campaigns from
concept to launch, working closely with the sales force and
media buyers to optimize the performance of client campaigns.

Required Background:
Minimum of 3 years experience preferably with an online direct
marketing/advertising agency
Proven knowledge of online direct response concepts and techniques
Strong online copy writing skills
Strong knowledge of HTML
Must have mastery of Photoshop and Flash

Preferred Background:
Experience with javascript, dhtml and Active X.
