Talented offshore marketing contractors?

A lot of people have called the move offshore a "race to the bottom" in
terms of costs. On the other hand, I have found that developing a
capability to find and use resources from around the globe can also be a
race to the top in terms of quality. If you can recruit globally, test
performance rigorously, and integrate distributed team members quickly,
you never need to work with anything but top talent. You can also get
it whenever you need it in whatever quantity is appropriate. It is
important that people be able to work from their existing locations,
which seems to be true for online marketing work. That poses a
substantial opportunity for people who are running online marketing
campaigns.

development. Software is a mature industry with a lot of suppliers and
a vast supply of software talent available "on demand". I think there
is a big demand for sales and marketing help as well, and I would like
