Need info & guidance on interacting with ad agency !!!

My name is Parag. I live in India & I'm working in one of the top 4 leading
portals in India as a Sales Executive. Recentely I have joined this
organization. My role in the company is to get money by selling the ad
banners.

Can anybody help me in telling me the best ways to sell the ad banners to
the ad agencies in India ? How should I approach the agencies ?? What should
be my pitch to them ? How to close the deal or sale with the agency ? I want
to have the guidance right from the scratch till the end of getting the
cheque from the agency !!

Please help me & guide me !!!
