A company based in Los Angeles, California that specializes
in performance-based advertising strategies is looking to
hire a full-time online media buyer.

Job responsibilities include:

- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with web
   publishers, ad networks, e-mail brokers etc.
- Negotiate and optimize deals
- Identify profit opportunities & new partners
- Exceed monthly media buying goals
- Maximize opportunities for company growth
- Generate High-Volume Traffic

Requirements:

- Must have an exceptional understanding of the online media
   advertising space
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- At least 2 years of solid experience as a Media Buyer in a start-up
- Strong knowledge of search engine optimization and paid keyword placement
- Ability to think independently and Team Player
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong understanding of Internet pricing models: CPM, CPL, CPC etc.
   as well as various advertising venues: Pop-unders, Banners, E-mail etc.
- Experience in a performance based environment with strict ROI requirements
- EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS AND A ROLODEX OF CONTACTS
- College degree preferred

Compensation: base + commission

Preference is for someone that lives in the Los Angeles area,
but the employer will consider hiring someone that telecommutes
from their home office at another location.
