Venture Capital

A friend and I have a great conceptual idea for a new
website. We are in the process of developing our
business plan and we want to attempt to acquire
venture capital. We understand that with the recent
failure of many dotcoms, and our own limited business
experience, we stand a very little chance of receiving
desired capital. Can anyone recommend specific firms
that specialize with dotcoms?
