You may want to consider asking on the isp-investor list at
http://isp-lists.isp-planet.com/isp-investor/. More detail would be helpful
to point you in the right direction since VCs might not be a good fit. Most
VCs won't even consider investing unless the investment requirement is
several million dollars, you're willing to give up a huge stake in the
company, you have a strong board in place, the business model is compelling,
the expected ROI is significant and there's a clear exit plan. If that's
not the case you are better off looking at angel investors, SBA loans,
loans/investments from friends/family, tapping into credit cards and home
equity loans, etc.

it's more on-topic) or privately maybe some of us can answer your questions.
